Nafplio – The Old Town – Ναύπλιο – Η Παλιά Πόλη

Narrow paved streets… images of another era… thresholds and balconies full of flowers. Στενά πλακόστρωτα δρομάκια… Εικόνες διαφορετικές… Σκαλιά και μπαλκόνια γεμάτα λουλούδια. Το άρωμα του βασιλικού να πλανιέται στην ατμόσφαιρα… η Παλιά πόλη του Ναυπλίου σε παίρνει από το χέρι και σε βολτάρει μέσα στη μαγική της αγκαλιά, γυρίζοντας σε θαρρείς σε άλλες εποχές, πιο όμορφες!. Η Παλιά Πόλη ρυμοτομήθηκε επί Καποδίστρια. Δύσκολα κινείται στα μικρά της στενά αυτοκίνητο, ενώ σε κάποια σημεία της η διέλευση οχημάτων είναι ανέφικτη. Καλντερίμια στενά, πλακόστρωτα, περιμένουν υπομονετικά να τα περπατήσεις… Εδώ ο περίπατος έχει την τιμητική του! Ξεχάστε το αυτοκίνητο! Κι είναι καλύτερα έτσι, πιστέψτε το… Μια απογευματινή βόλτα στα σοκάκια, κρατώντας από το χέρι το αγαπημένο σας πρόσωπο, απολαμβάνοντας μυρωδιές και εικόνες, με τον ήλιο να καίει ακόμα στην Πλατεία Συντάγματος, είναι εμπειρία ζωής!!!
